Important Deadlines
- Wednesday, 24.10.2018 (including Wednesday): the possibility to register with the accomodation option ends at that date because we have to fix the reservations with the hotels. This is a hard dead-line, if you miss it we will not even be able to assist you in finding accomodation due to lack of resources. You may continue to register without accommodation until ...
- Sunday, 28.10.2018 (including Sunday): we have to communicate the number of participants to the management of the conference location a week in advance of the workshop.
If you really miss the final registration deadline then please feel free to contact us nevertheless. We will decide from case to case and likely you can still participate, but please do not count on it. We may not find the time to care about "special cases".
Accomodation
Accomodation is included in the increased conference of 120 €. If you choose to find accomodation on your own then the conference fee will be reduced to 50 €.
Please note that there are two large fairs in the week of the Dune meeting. We have made sufficientliy many reservations, however, already at the time we made the reservations it was problematic to find hotels.
If you only stay for the "user" part of the meeting then we probably can give you a room in the campus.guest hotel where the conference takes place. Otherwise you will get an off-campus hotel.
We will distribute the participants to their respective hotels starting from Thursday, 25.10.2018 and will start to inform the participants about the details of their respective hotels. In case you should not receive details about your accommodation until Monday, 29.10.2018, then please complain ASAP.
50 € excluding accomodation, 120 € including accommodation. The conference fees include a conference dinner on Monday evening, the lunch and coffee and soft drinks during the conference as well as a day-ticket for the local public transport.
