With regard to your personal data, we point out in accordance with § 14 LDSG that these are processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The personal data entered by you in this web form will be stored for the time neccessary to organize the Dune User and Developer Meeting you are registering for.Your name, affiliation and talk title -- if any -- will be published on the conference web page even after the conference has ended.Your data will be used within the University of Stuttgart exclusively to process your request A transfer of the data transmitted in this contact form to third parties will take place to the extend neccessary to organize the conference, in particular your name and travel dates will be communicated to the hotel booked for your accomodation. According to § 21 LDSG, you have the right to request information from the University of Stuttgart about the data stored about your person and / or to have incorrectly stored data corrected. Please contact dune-meeting@ians.uni-stuttgart.de if you need to correct data or want your name, affiliation and talk title removed from the conference web-page after the conference has ended.
